Hi, I'm Jodi... aka Jod, Jodalicious (to my hubby), or Jod à la mode, which is the nick-name my best friend gave me in high school, and this is my family.
I was born and raised in New Zealand before moving to the States with my family in 1992. After dating for four years I married my high school sweetheart, Russell, in 1999. He is my best friend and the best person I ever could have married. If I could tell you only one thing about him it is that he is hilarious.
Since then we've had three cute kids... Kendall, Cooper and Blake, also referred to as "Beepers". Which doesn't really make any sense but LOOK HOW CUTE HE IS!

I'm very content to be a stay at home Mom even though I have to do the dreaded laundry that never ever ends. I love the Lord with all my heart. I also love date nights, fashion, scrapbooking, reading, shopping, the color pink, camping, ALL things sweet but especially chocolate, and a host of other things.
Including, as it turns out, blogging! I started this blog (in a very spontaneous moment) with the vague idea of keeping my overseas family up-to-date on our life's happenings, and as another way to "scrapbook" our lives. Who knew I would find it so addicting?
I plan to stick around.
